AT&T and Verizon File Objection for New Networks to see the FCC’s Special Access Data

Part 2: Verizon had filed another letter to block someone else, this time from   “Red State”,  to examine the special access information compiled by the FCC– and has painted us having the same issues. We will be filing comments and yet another objection in the next week…

New Networks Institute filed to see the Special Access data the FCC has recently collected, which can be done only on a confidential basis. AT&T and Verizon have objected, asking the FCC to block our access to see this newly collected information.Click to see the Huffington Post article.

What do they have to hide?  At the same time, the FCC has just initiated an investigation into the incumbent companies that control the market, including — AT&T and Verizon.

This is the new Verizon letter, November 16, 2015
