The chart below was taken directly
from the New Jersey Bell Order that outlined the speed of
delivering and the year it was supposed to be available.
This chart shows that the "Opportunity New Jersey" "ONJ"
Plan went from 1992 through 2010. The "Digital Broadband
Service" , with a speed of 45 Mbps, in two directions, was
to be available starting in 1996 and 100% completed by 2010.
The other column, "BAU", was to show when these services
would be available if the company didn't get more money from
the customers. ---- The year 2030!
